As of 2022, I became a mother and the importance of capturing moments has only grown. I soon noticed that time for those beautiful moments and doing what really made me happy was very scarce. As a parent, you desperately want to be present at these extremely important moments for your child and spend time together. The balance of what you want as a parent and what you need to do for your family is sometimes very difficult to find, especially in this society.

I'm not a 100% stay-at-home mom, but I also don't want to sit in an office every day. I want to spend a lot of time with my family, with my child, but I also want to have something for myself. I want to contribute to the family's financial wealth, but not feel like I have to work to live.

Is that too much to ask? Am I too difficult? Is this a: You can't always have everything? No, it is not, because it is certainly possible. Am I afraid of change or risks? Maybe. But not anymore. I have found a way to do what I want without having to compromise much for it. I found my sweet spot.

Motherhood brought me a great blanket of peace. As if my greatest wish had come true. Of course, this did not come without mental and physical consequences. My body has changed a lot, which automatically came with a bucket of uncertainty. But my energy, my emotions and my sense of responsibility also ended up on the biggest roller coaster I have ever experienced.

I started looking for my internal balance and the lifestyle and products that suit it. For someone who likes to try new things and participate in various challenges, which you can often follow on social media channels, I have now found my baseline. My body, my energy and my weight are much more balanced and I feel like I have control over how I feel again. Something that personally benefits me enormously.
